Modular, system-agnostic product design enables rapid deployment on top of existing safety systems

The organization processes approximately half a million safety cases annually, and with NavaX, the company will automate and modernize its global safety intake operations.
A key factor in the company’s decision was the modular, system-agnostic design of Advanced Intake and Literature Intelligence, which allows for quick and seamless integration with existing safety systems of record.
- Advanced Intake – Applies AI-driven automation to structured and unstructured data sources, enabling intelligent triage, automated data capture and processing, and standardized intake workflows across global pharmacovigilance operations.
- Literature Intelligence – Automates the identification, screening, and processing of relevant safety information from global literature sources, reducing manual review burden and supporting timely case intake and regulatory compliance.
The recent agreement builds on a long-standing collaboration between the organization and ArisGlobal, with the company being a LifeSphere Signals customer for over a decade.
