Advancing operational visibility, coordination, and future AI-driven initiatives

Boston, Massachusetts – July 30, 2026 – ArisGlobalan AI-first technology company at the forefront of life sciences and creator of LifeSphere®, today announced that CHEPLAPHARM has selected LifeSphere MultiVigilance, Business Intelligence, and Medical Information to support the continued scale and coordination of its global safety and medical information operations through a unified platform.

Supporting approximately 25,000 annual safety cases, MultiVigilance will help CHEPLAPHARM manage the increasing volume of safety cases and complexity and diversity of its pharmaceutical portfolio while improving operational visibility, global coordination, and long-term operational efficiency across safety workflows. The implementation also includes the migration of approximately 1.5 million safety cases from CHEPLAPHARM’S incumbent safety system into LifeSphere MultiVigilance.

The deployment includes:

  • MultiVigilance – designed to support harmonized global case management, helping CHEPLAPHARM handle increasing case volumes, diverse therapy requirements, and evolving pharmacovigilance obligations.
  • Business Intelligence – providing centralized operational visibility and real-time safety insights to support faster monitoring, oversight, and performance tracking across global pharmacovigilance activities.
  • Medical Information – enabling streamlined handling of medical inquiries, product complaints, and adverse events through a connected platform, improving consistency and cross-functional coordination across global teams.

“As CHEPLAPHARM continues to expand and manage a broad and growing portfolio of therapies, we needed a platform capable of optimizing visibility, consistency, and effectiveness across our global pharmacovigilance operations,” said Thomas Emmrich, PhD, Senior Director Pharmacovigilance Operations, CHEPLAPHARM. “The unified LifeSphere platform provides a strong operational foundation while giving us the ability to invest in AI functionality in the near future.”

“For growing midsize pharmaceutical organizations, establishing a connected platform across safety and medical information operations creates opportunities to continue advancing analytics, signal management, and AI-driven automation capabilities,” said Lucinda Smith, Chief Safety Product Officer, ArisGlobal. “Organizations looking to improve efficiency, reduce operational fragmentation, and support evolving global pharmacovigilance requirements are benefiting from the LifeSphere ecosystem, and we’re pleased to be working with CHEPLAPHARM.”
