New NavaX-powered capabilities combine Dynamic Data Extraction, Translation, Conversational AI, and Intelligent Follow-up Management to modernize adverse event, medical information and product quality complaints reporting.

Boston, Massachusetts, USA – March 19, 2026 – ArisGlobal, an AI-first technology company at the forefront of life sciences and creator of LifeSphere®, today announced the launch of ReporterX powered by NavaX—an intelligent application designed to accelerate patient data collection and reporting globally.

ReporterX introduces an intuitive, AI-powered approach to adverse event, medical information, and product-quality complaint data collection & reporting. ReporterX combines NavaX Dynamic Data Extraction (DDE), NavaX Translation, Conversational AI assistance, and Intelligent Follow-up Management to streamline how critical patient information is collected and structured at the point of entry.

Together, these capabilities allow reporters, including healthcare providers, patient support programs, medical representatives, consumers, clinical trial sites, and patients to report important information more efficiently leveraging AI assisted workflows.

With ReporterX, users can seamlessly submit patient safety information without predefined templates. Powered by NavaX, the system automatically identifies and extracts key safety attributes—such as patient demographics, reporter details, suspect product information, adverse events, and key dates—and converts them into structured pharmacovigilance data that is populated into the reporting form for further processing.

Through NavaX Translation, ReporterX supports submissions in multiple languages, enabling reporters worldwide to submit information effortlessly.

ReporterX includes a built-in, NavaX-powered capability that identifies missing or incomplete data and uses a conversational assistant to gather required information in real time during the initial interaction. Reports can then be submitted already structured and nearly complete for downstream workflows. Post-submission, the system continues to track and resolve outstanding information requests through the Follow Up Management capability, reducing the need for manual follow-up by pharmacovigilance, medical information, and product quality teams.

“With ReporterX, we are bringing the power of NavaX AI directly into the front-end patient information collection process,” said Aman Wasan, Chief Executive Officer of ArisGlobal. “By capturing clean, structured data at the source, ReporterX enables AI-Powered Follow-up Management at the very beginning of the data collection process- making patient data collection faster, more accurate, and significantly more efficient.”

“Improving pharmacovigilance, medical information & product quality complaints reporting begins at the point where patient information is first captured,” said Lucinda Smith, Chief Safety Product Officer at ArisGlobal. “ReporterX uses NavaX capabilities to transform how patient information is collected, guiding the reporter to provide complete information at first contact, therefore ensuring better quality safety data from the outset and reducing follow up burden for both the reporter and case processing teams.”

ReporterX extends ArisGlobal’s strategy to operationalize AI across the LifeSphere platform through NavaX, enabling faster, more efficient pharmacovigilance workflows while maintaining regulatory compliance.
