New Distribution, Signals, and Intelligence Agents reduce manual effort, streamline compliance tasks, and orchestrate end-to-end decision workflows

Boston, Massachusetts – March 24, 2026 – ArisGlobal, an AI-first technology company at the forefront of life sciences and creator of LifeSphere®, has expanded its NavaX Agents Suite with the launch of three new multi-agent systems: Distribution Agents, Signals Agents, and Intelligence Agents.

As life sciences organizations mature in their digital and AI journeys, the opportunity is no longer simply achieving compliance—it is reducing the operational workload required to maintain it. The new NavaX Agents streamline regulatory and safety processes, orchestrate intelligence across systems, and drive measurable efficiency gains across high-volume workflows.

All three Agents will be available in Q4 2026. Signals Agents are being co-developed with Snowflake.

Distribution Agents

Distribution Agents enhance compliance of regulatory and business partner submissions with approximately 40–50% less manual effort. By continuously validating distribution rules against evolving regulatory requirements and pharmacovigilance agreements (PVAs), Distribution Agents automate the maintenance of global case distribution rules—reducing the manual overhead required to remain audit-ready.

Beyond validation, Distribution Agents orchestrate end-to-end decision workflows with built-in transparency, enabling organizations to streamline compliance tasks while maintaining governance and control.

Signals Agents

Signals Agents proactively detect and validate emerging safety signals. By interpreting user intent and determining the appropriate analytical approach, Signals Agents plan and execute both single- and multi-step workflows across internal and external data sources.

This orchestration layer accelerates signal evaluation, surfaces actionable insight, and reduces the time required to move from data to decision.

Intelligence Agents

Intelligence Agents interpret regulatory guidelines, evaluate submission dossier compliance against contextually relevant rules, and update regulatory rule databases with the latest compliance definitions. By producing clear, explainable compliance evaluations, Intelligence Agents reduce manual checklist management, streamline submission review cycles, and improve consistency across regulatory teams.

“These new Agents represent a fundamental shift from task automation to orchestration of intelligence,” said Jason Bryant, SVP, AI Product Management at ArisGlobal. “They interpret context, validate against evolving rules, coordinate multi-step workflows, and surface actionable insight-reducing manual effort while enabling faster, more confident regulatory and safety decisions.”

As organizations shift from isolated automation to coordinated intelligence across domains, ArisGlobal continues to expand its Agentic AI portfolio – delivering scalable, production-ready systems designed to drive efficiency, transparency, and operational performance across regulated environments.
