Next-generation Quality Management System to extend the NavaX AI platform across life sciences quality operations

Boston, Massachusetts, USA – June 25, 2026ArisGlobal, a technology company at the forefront of life sciences and creator of NavaX, today announced a significant strategic investment in the development of its NavaX-powered Quality Management System (QMS), a next-generation QMS designed to help life sciences organizations modernize quality operations through intelligent automation, connected workflows, and AI-powered decision support.

The NavaX-powered LifeSphere Quality suite will usher in a new era of quality management, combining modern AI capabilities with the power of the LifeSphere platform to connect Quality, Regulatory, Safety, and Medical Affairs in a single ecosystem. This enables organizations to take a more proactive approach to compliance while streamlining quality processes, improving team productivity, and accelerating decision-making.

As life sciences organizations face increasing regulatory complexity, growing data volumes, and pressure to improve productivity, many continue to rely on fragmented systems and manual processes that slow decision-making and create operational risk. The NavaX-powered QMS is designed to address these challenges through a modern, cloud-native architecture that combines quality management best practices with the power of AI-enabled workflows and autonomous agents.

The next-generation QMS will leverage NavaX and XDI, ArisGlobal’s newly announced data intelligence cortex, to elevate a broad range of supported processes, including deviations, CAPAs, change control, supplier qualifications, audits, as well as document and training management. NavaX intelligence automation will reduce administrative burden and improve process efficiency, while XDI semantic intelligence will enable deeper interoperability across Quality, Regulatory and Safety, moving from data and workflow connectivity to cross-domain decision support.

“Quality is one of the most critical functions across the life sciences value chain, yet many organizations continue to operate with systems that were not built for today’s volume, complexity, and speed,” said Ann-Marie Orange, CIO & Global Head of R&D of ArisGlobal. “Our investment in a NavaX-enabled QMS reflects our commitment to helping customers modernize quality operations and unlock new levels of efficiency, visibility, and performance. By extending NavaX into quality, we are creating a more connected operating environment that enables organizations to make better decisions and achieve stronger business outcomes.”

The investment further expands ArisGlobal’s vision for a connected life sciences ecosystem, bringing together safety, regulatory, medical affairs, and quality operations through a common foundation of data, workflows, and AI-powered intelligence.

“Organizations are increasingly looking for solutions that do more than digitize existing processes—they want intelligent solutions that help teams work smarter and focus on higher-value activities beyond functional boundaries,” said Renato Rjavec, VP, Regulatory Product Management at ArisGlobal. “NavaX-powered QMS will bring together modern quality management capabilities and AI-driven innovation to help customers improve compliance, assist decision-making, accelerate execution, and drive continuous improvement across their organizations.”
