ArisGlobal is happy to announce that, effective immediately, our digital portal for medical affairs, pharmacovigilance and quality information, LifeSphere Mobile, is receiving a new name: LifeSphere Reporter.
We do this for a very specific reason. When LifeSphere Mobile was originally conceptualized, our goal was to empower healthcare professionals, field teams and patients with the ability to send and receive information via a simple mobile application.
Today, the product has evolved to cover channels beyond mobile, including a web portal and soon a chatbot functionality. We feel that the LifeSphere Reporter name captures the true multi-channel capabilities of this solution and provides a platform for the further expansion of those capabilities.
A key offering in ArisGlobal’s LifeSphere platform, LifeSphere Reporter:
- Empowers field reps, MSLs, HCPs, and PSPs by giving them a simple and responsive self-service tool to submit drug safety data, product complaints and medical inquiries from anywhere.
- Provides field teams and approved users with secure access to the most up-to-date approved content and knowledge.
- Easily integrates with LifeSphere Medical Information, LifeSphere MultiVigilance 10, LifeSphere Product Complaints, and third-party product complaint, safety, medical information and CRM Systems.
With the name change to LifeSphere Reporter, we are also excited to announce the upcoming release of all-new auto-translation capabilities, additional language packs, and the ability for users to view and follow-up on team cases, all from within the application.
For our existing LifeSphere Mobile customers, we have good news for you. There is nothing you need to do! The name may have changed, but LifeSphere Reporter is the same great tool you have come to rely on, with the same features, benefits, and support from the ArisGlobal team. You will see the name change within the product reflected in our Fall release.
We remain excited about LifeSphere Reporter and the impact it is already having on the effectiveness of field reps, MSLs, HCPs, and patient support programs.
