As the COVID-19 situation evolves, the ArisGlobal team continues to closely monitor developments and is taking proactive measures to ensure the continuity of all business operations and services, as well as the safety of all employees and visitors in global locations.
We continue to provide our products and services to customers without interruption, with a commitment to offering exceptional support during an uncertain time. ArisGlobal’s cloud, customer support, engineering, product and commercial teams are functioning normally, and are closely coordinating with our Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Team. Further, our cloud infrastructure is fully operational, leveraging the robust Business Continuity capabilities provided by Amazon Web Services and NTT, including regional Availability Zones and built-in redundancies.
We have activated ArisGlobal’s Business Continuity Plan across the organization and all company employees are required to work from home, leveraging secure VPN connectivity. In the weeks prior, we also proactively initiated steps to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19, including deploying non-contact thermometers at the entrances to our offices. Moving forward, ArisGlobal will continue to monitor and adhere to CDC guidelines.
