LifeSphere Mobile MA is a self-service portal that lets medical affairs professionals, sales representatives, healthcare professionals and patients track and report adverse events, submit medical enquiries and report product complaints from a single unified platform directly from their smartphone or tablet.

A mobile medical information solution, LifeSphere Mobile MA leverages the latest mobile technology and is based on open architecture for easy integration with existing systems for complaint management, adverse event management and medical enquiry management. It comes integrated out of the box with the ArisGlobal’s unified medical information software consisting of LifeSphere® MI, LifeSphere® Intake and Triage and LifeSphere® Product Complaints as well as the Oracle ArgusTM global drug safety database. A flexible adverse event reporting and tracking system built on industry best practices, LifeSphere Mobile MA lets unregistered users submit reports, complaints or enquiries while the registered user can view activity history, report follow-ups and access published FAQs and documents based on the user privileges.
