agInquirer maximizes the consistency, efficacy and timeliness of medical information by facilitating the handling and fulfillment of information requests via diverse communication channels. With agInquirer, your MIS team can quickly respond to the inquirer, in their preferred method of communication. Automated e-mails, letters and fax responses are supported. The MIS team may also compose their responses using standard responses from the FAQ database.

To create new responses quickly, the MIS can search the product databank to utilize approved product information content and response style sheets, and even add it to the FAQ database, all in real-time.
