Please be sure to read the following cancellation policies before registering.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
Workshop cancellations must be requested, in writing, to Marie Terio (mterio@arisglobal.com) by April 3, 2008 for a full refund. Any cancellations after that are non-refundable. Please save a copy of your email message until after you've received your refund.

In the event that Aris Global cancels a workshop due to insufficient registration, the workshop fee will be fully refunded.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by April 3, 2008 will receive a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds will be given after that date.

Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Written cancellations must be sent by e-mail to mterio@arisglobal.com or faxed to Marie Terio at 203.356.1673.

Cancellations will not change your hotel reservations. All hotel modifications or cancellations must be made by you directly to the hotel by March 28, 2008.

Failure to check in to the hotel on the designated arrival date will cancel your entire reservation and result in a forfeiture of the deposit. If your plans change, you must notify the hotel directly to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions will be permitted only if you are substituting your registration with someone from the same company. Please send your substitution request via e-mail to mterio@arisglobal.com or faxed to Marie Terio at 203.356.1673.

Substitutions will not change your hotel reservations. All hotel modifications or cancellations must be made by you directly to the hotel 48 hours prior to arrival.
