Each agOnDemand customer is allocated a service delivery manager who ensures the highest level of service to the customer in accordance with an established service level agreement.

Flexible Payment and Deployment Options
Our billing methodology is based on true cloud and a SaaS-based philosophy of "Pay as you Use." Customers have the option of either selecting transaction-based billing or user-based with unlimited transactions. Various deployment models like Swift, Flex and Select let the customer choose the one best suited to their business needs and requirements.
Swift Edition:
Customers receive a completely out-of-the box, pre-validated set-up that reflects the standard version of an Aris Global product. The SaaS platform is already available after our services team attaches a customer schema and a few parameters. With this deployment, customers can typically go live within 4-5 weeks and know that their deployment leverages industry-best-practice configuration and workflow.
Flex Edition:
Under this deployment model, a customer has a dedicated application instance and schema, and can configure the workflow and parameters suited to their business requirements. Like with the Swift Edition, the customer receives the standard version of an Aris Global product. The platform gives the leverage of integrating hosted application on agOnDemand with other solutions/applications hosted in customer premise or anywhere else.
Select Edition:
Under this model, a customer uses either its own dedicated physical servers or the same platform as in Flex Edition. The customer receives an enterprise version of an Aris Global product, which is completely configurable to their requirements. This model allows customizations to meet our customers' specific business objectives successfully. Complex integrations with other ERP and business applications hosted anywhere is the key benefit of this model.
